Free Replacement Program

As long as your subscription is active, we'll replace your item free of charge if it arrives damaged, becomes defective, or is lost in transit. No return shipping, no restocking fee.

What's covered

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items lost in transit or confirmed undeliverable by the carrier
  • Manufacturing defects that appear during normal use

What's not covered

  • Intentional damage, misuse, or modification of the product
  • Normal wear from extended use
  • Claims submitted after the eligibility window below
  • Orders placed after a subscription has been cancelled or has lapsed

Limits

  • One free replacement per billing cycle while your subscription remains active.
  • All claims require supporting evidence: clear photos for damaged or defective items, carrier confirmation for lost packages. Claims without supporting evidence cannot be processed.
  • Replacements are sent as the same item. We do not issue cash refunds in place of a replacement under this program.
  • We reserve the right to review claim patterns and to limit or decline replacements where claim frequency is inconsistent with normal use or loss.

How to claim

Damaged or defective items
Email support@tryvelunex.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We review claims within 2 business days and ship the replacement once approved.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or shows as delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package as lost, we ship a replacement at no cost. Please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to complete its investigation.

Please note

Replacement claims are tied to the shipping address on the original order. This program is separate from our 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee, which covers refunds. Cancelling your subscription ends eligibility for future replacement claims, including any claim not yet submitted.
